Take notice that a development permit (DP) application for the proposed permitted use listed below has been submitted for consideration by the Development Authority in accordance with the Village of Mannville’s Land Use Bylaw 2006-734.

The applicant has submitted a development permit application to add a deck to their single detached dwelling.

If you have any comments or objections about the proposed use, you may deliver a written statement to the Village Office. The statement must include your full name, address and state any comments or objections with regards to the proposed use.

Written submissions regarding the proposed use must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 25, 2025 to be taken into consideration. Please be advised that any submission provided will become part of public record.
