Take notice that a development permit (DP) application for the proposed permitted use listed below has been submitted for consideration by the Development Authority in accordance with the Village of Mannville’s Land Use Bylaw 2006-734.

PROPOSED USE:	Total Removal of 14M Self Support Internet Tower

The applicant has submitted a demolition permit to remove an existing 25M self support internet tower on an Central Business District Commercial (C1) lot.

If you have any comments or objections about the proposed use, you may deliver a written statement to the Village Office. The statement must include your full name, address and state any comments or objections with regards to the proposed use.

Written submissions regarding the proposed use my be received by 4:30 p.m., September 15, 2026, to be taken into consideration. Please be advised that any submission provided will become part of public record.
