Take notice that a development permit (DP) application for the proposed permitted use listed below has been submitted for consideration by the Development Authority in accordance with the Village of Mannville’s Land Use Bylaw 2006-734.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Accessory Building (Private Garage)

The applicant has submitted a development permit application to place an Accessory Building (Private Garage) on an existing vacant residential (R-1) lot.

If you have any comments or objections about the proposed use, you may deliver a written statement to the Village Office. The statement must include your full name, address and state any comments or objections with regards to the proposed use.

Written submissions regarding the proposed use must be received by 4:30 p.m., February 20, 2026 to be taken into consideration. Please be advised that any submission provided will become part of public record.
